Ingredients
  • Ghee
  • ½ Cup Brussels Sprouts - Cut in half then cut into shreds by slicing thin
  • ΒΌ Red Onion - Diced Small
  • ½ Cup Mushrooms - Sliced
  • 4 Free Range Eggs - Beaten
  • 1 tsp Mustard - Powder or Paste
  • Freshly Ground Sea Salt and Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Prep brussels and saute in a skillet with heated oil on med high. Add mushrooms and onion until soft. 8-10 Mins.
  2. Put sprouts to the side of the skillet and add Beaten eggs.
  3. Cook eggs on medium, stirring constantly until scrambled.
  4. Mix vegetables with egg and serve.
