Happy Super Bowl to you all. We don’t have cable and we won’t be watching it, but I will be thinking of the more than one hundred and eleven million sport lovers that will be screaming and crying on Super Bowl Sunday.
I can never remember if it’s basketball or baseball. But one thing I do know is that Americans take their Super Bowl parties very seriously.
Apart from my last attempt at a Super Bowl party.
I had some friends round for a Super Bowl party a few years ago, and I heard nothing but complaints when husband put the game on. Imagine, going to a Super Bowl party and not wanting to have the Super Bowl on?
I have to say, I didn’t have a clue what was happening.
That year I think they played football but for some reason they kept touching the ball with their hands. When I used to watch football back in England, they didn’t touch the ball with their hands so much. I guess the Super Bowl is really rugby, not football. Either way, there is way too much spitting for me.
