Raw, Paleo Chocolate Covered Grapes

Sweet little drops of chocolate covered grapes or strawberries with crunchy heart healthy almonds ‘a top’. Raw, paleo treats.

Raw Paleo Chocolate Grapes

Occasionally I like to have a few days of eating raw foods, usually Monday through Friday. It resets my palette to really appreciate the natural flavor of fruits and vegetables. That’s why I made these raw, chocolate covered grapes and they are paleo!!

I make lots of fresh salads and raw soups and I have Raw Paleo Pizza Chips, which add some lovely crunch along with the nutrition. You can heat the food on a raw diet, it just has to stay under  104F. At the end of the second or third day, I always crave something sweet, even though I don’t usually have anything sweet after my meal. These drops really help me into the transition of eating raw foods and keep me enjoying the diet.

I decided to make these little chocolate drops, because they are so easy and so tasty. I am not at all skilled at making desserts, and I don’t often bother, but these really tasted good.

If you are interested in learning how to eat a healthy, natural diet and you haven’t seen my Review of Paleo Restart, here it is Paleo Restart. It is a 30 day menu plan with recipes, instructions and shopping lists, all beautifully laid out for you.

Here is a delightful recipe for Chocolate Covered Strawberry Macaroons from The Kitchen McCabe. The photography is so artistic.
