Fat Burning Hot Lemon Juice

  • ½ Lemon - Juiced
  • Slices of Fresh Ginger
  • 3 Dates
  • 12 oz Hot Spring Water
  • ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper - Boosts your metabolism (the heat effect takes energy and burns calories) and helps to drain nasal congestion. It is also high in vitamin A, the anti-infection nutrient.
  1. Put your lemon juice, ginger, cayenne, and dates into a mason jar and fill with almost boiling water. Poke the dates as they soften and they will slowly sweeten your drink.
