Paleo Blue Cheese and Mustard Muffins

  • 2 Cups Almond Flour
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ Cup Blue Cheese (or what you have)
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 3 Free Range Eggs
  • 1 Tbs Oil (or Butter)
  • Freshly Ground Sea Salt and Black Pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  3. Place eggs and melted butter in a bowl and stir.
  4. Mix all the ingredients together and place on parchment paper on a baking tray.
  5. Bake at 350F until golden brown, about 15-25 minutes.
