  • ½ Cup Coconut Flour
  • ½ Cup Ghee
  • ½ Cup Honey (Optional - 4 soaked dates)
  • ½ Cup Organic Cocoa Powder
  • Few drops Vanilla
  • Optional Nutritional Additions: Acai Powder, Goji Berries, Spirulina.
  1. Gently melt ghee and honey in a pan.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and pour into grease baking pan.
  3. Cook on 300 for 15-20 minutes or until one side looks cooked and the other is still gooey.
  4. Cut into 8 Squares.
  5. Best eaten when warm but will keep in fridge for up to one week.
