This citrus fresh and ginger punch is packed with anti-oxidants and vitamin C, will really prepare you for the day. The citrus also has an alkalizing effect on the system bringing your body back into PH balance.
I like to add a little cayenne to help with stimulation. You can also add some green leaves, chard, spinach, or parsley to add nutrition.
- 1 Orange - Peeled
- ½ Cup Orange Juice (or water if you want to cut down on sugar)
- ½ Lemon or Lime - Juiced
- 1 Tbs Fresh Ginger - whole
- 1 Radish
- 5 -10 Mint Leaves
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 Tbs Ground Chia Seeds
- 1 Cup Spring Water
- Ice (in the blender or in the cup)
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
