This very tasty dressing weighs in at just 15 calories per Tablespoon. 2 heaped Tbs is enough to liberally coat any salad. You can also use this as an Aoili for fish, or as a dressing for burgers.

- 4 Persian Cucumbers - Diced
- 4 Organic Tomatoes - Diced
- ½ Onion - Sliced
- Handful of Cilantro
- 1 Cup Raw, Pasture Fed Yogurt
- 1 Tbs Mayonnaise
- 3 Cloves Garlic – Peeled
- 2 Green Onions
- 1 Tbs Capers
- ½ lime – juiced
- Paprika Flakes - Optional
- Freshly Ground Salt and Black Pepper
- Chop the salad, mix and chill.
- Gently blend dressing ingredients in the mixer, keeping it a little chunky, and chill.
- Always make enough for 2-3 meals if you can, and keep in an airtight glass container.
