These are more of a traditional recipe that can be eaten just as you would eat a regular pancake or crepe.
The batter is thick just like regular pancake batter and is cooked in a pan on the stove top. It takes just a few minutes to throw together in a bowl and is very easy to make.
These crepes can be a savory dish, filled with sandwich ingredients, or they can be sweet, with fruits or chocolate. Or even served with maple syrup or honey.
For a less traditional, cancer fighting, nutrition packed breakfast dish, try my Paleo Cauliflower and Spinach Breakfast Bread. A spinach and cauliflower bread that can be topped with any breakfast item you like. Eggs, mushrooms, tomato, asparagus, Sausage or turkey bacon.
