1. Twice Baked Breakfast Sweet Potatoes
These look so nutritious. Try baking the potato the night before. Just leave them in the toaster oven when you go to bed and let them do their stuff while you sleep. They will be all ready for you in the morning.
2. Paleo Breakfast Stir Fry Recipe
This is one of my favorite breakfasts. Tons of veggies to get your day started on the right track and natures perfect food, Eggs. You can add anything you fancy to this recipe. I prefer Zucchini to carrots at breakfast. It doesn’t require any prep and you can throw this together in a heart beat.
I don’t use a separate pan for the eggs, I just push everything to one side and cook the eggs on the empty side.
3. Hearty Paleo Breakfast Skillet
I used turkey bacon and chicken sausage in this recipe. It keeps the cholesterol and calories down. I think the best meal of the day is breakfast. Studies show that people who skip breakfast, end up eating more calories by the end of the day.
This recipe is one of my favorite of all time. So filling and healthy and I just love my skillet. I have 4 different sizes. I season them every time I use them and no humans, except myself, are allowed to touch them.
4. Paleo Egg Muffins
These are very similar to my Spinach and Mushroom Breakfast Egg Cups.
This recipe is super easy and you can make enough for 3 or 4 days. If you are short on time in the mornings and you want something healthy and ready for you, make these in advance. Then grab a napkin, nuke them and fly out the door.
5. Chocolate Chia Seed Custard – Dairy Free & Paleo
Another grab and go breakfast or a deliciously healthy, chocolatey dessert. Chia seeds are also packed with those essential omega 3’s and to if you add walnuts, you get an extra omega dose. I used stevia to sweeten this instead of maple syrup.
6. Two Ingredient Banana Pancake
I never make flour pancakes and I never will. I thought this recipe looked really interesting and I was amazed at how totally mind blowingly delicious these were. For a chocolatey sweet treat, add raw cocoa powder or sugar free chocolate chips. I added some ripe, sweet organic blueberries and I have to say this is one of the best pancakes I have ever had.

7. Apple Muffins
I am a huge fan of almond meal. Pure ground cancer fighting almonds to replace joint inflaming, gluten filled flour. These are another make ahead breakfast for all those on the go in the morning. They also freeze really well.
You can add blueberries, banana, walnuts, just get creative and enjoy. Use vegan butter if you prefer not to use cow butter.
8. Paleo Sausage and Sweet Potato Breakfast Casserole
I used vegetarian sausage for this recipe. I really like that I can make this in advance and cook it in the morning. If you want a holiday treat, but you won’t have time to cook in the morning, this is your nugget.
If you eat cheese and you want to make this extra special, finish with some cheddar and brown the top.
9. Paleo Breakfast Wraps
I haven’t tried these yet, but they look amazing. You can pre-make them and fill them with what ever you want.
10. Paleo Cauliflower and Spinach Breakfast Bread
These are my popular and versatile breakfast breads, that are just perfect with an over easy egg and a side of baked tomato. Husband gets turkey bacon to keep him quiet. I made enough to freeze and then had then for breakfast for two weeks.
